His career spans operational excellence, strategic governance, and high-impact entrepreneurship—anchored by over a decade of experience at the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo) and a growing portfolio of ventures shaping mobility, agriculture, and technology.
His professional journey began in the energy sector, where he built technical depth and operational credibility through roles in power systems management, substation operations, and strategic workforce leadership. Rising to serve as the National General Secretary of the Senior Staff Association of GRIDCo, Daniel has been instrumental in steering organizational governance, stakeholder alignment, and national-level workforce strategy.
A visionary entrepreneur, he is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of DroppingRide, a fast-scaling mobility and logistics platform designed to transform nationwide movement, accessibility, and digital participation. His leadership blends engineering precision with product-led innovation, allowing him to architect systems that are scalable, resilient, and strategically positioned for regional and global expansion.
Beyond mobility, Daniel leads Mega Atlantics Solutions Ltd and Mega Atlantics Farms, integrating agritech, energy applications, and scalable food production into a cohesive enterprise model.
